Public entities and pools

Spending that has to survive a public meeting.

School districts, municipalities, and interlocal cooperatives answer to boards, auditors, and the people who pay the taxes. ESC100 administers plans so the pricing basis is documented and the reporting is presentable.

Procurement and governance

ESC100 participates in competitive solicitations and can supply the documentation a procurement office expects: scope of services, pricing methodology, service level commitments, references, and insurance certificates.

Where entities buy together, ESC100 supports interlocal agreements and pooled arrangements, including participation of multiple member entities under a single administration agreement with separately reported experience per member.

Reporting is produced in a form suitable for a board packet: plan performance, large claim activity, and year-over-year cost, with the pricing basis stated on the face of the report.
