Where entities buy together, ESC100 supports interlocal agreements and pooled arrangements, including participation of multiple member entities under a single administration agreement with separately reported experience per member.
Reporting is produced in a form suitable for a board packet: plan performance, large claim activity, and year-over-year cost, with the pricing basis stated on the face of the report.
